Extension of filling activities: filling of small packages now possible!
Staalduinen is continuously improving services and looking for possibilities to extend its services.
The acquisition of a filling machine for small packages is part of this. Besides the possibility of filling IBCs, 200-liter barrels, 60-liter drums, 20/25-liter pails, we now have a filling machine for small packages (starting from 1 liter).
This filling machine is characterized by its flexibility. Different volume quantities (from 1 to 20 liters) and different pails (round, wide or high) can be filled.
It has been specially developed by Staalduinen. The design requirements included flexibility and quick switch of product, filling of smaller batches and easy rinsing between different product batches.
The filling machine has four filling heads, and the filling is weight based. Each filling head has its own weight measurement device that monitors the weight of every fill and corrects the volume based on the measured weight. Thus, every pail has the same weight once filled.
With this new filling machine we expect to meet the needs of our clients in liquid logistics better, in addition to the services we already offer.
